Look Again Labs

Curiosity is a practice.

Let’s get curious together.

Currently a pumpkin.

I'm in hibernation. I’m resting, listening, and letting things unfold.

Leave a breadcrumb if you'd like me to find you when I emerge.

About

We live in a world that constantly asks us to become smaller, faster, and easier to understand.

Look Again Labs create spaces for people to slow down, notice what is true, and reconnect with their own wisdom through coaching, groups, and writing.

This work is rooted in the question:

How do we remain fully human in a world that constantly asks us to become less of ourselves?

Let’s get curious together.

Who I Am
Maura Pavalow, PhD (they)

For more than 20 years, I have designed compassionate learning spaces and organizational systems that help people access their own agency.

I am a coach and bridge builder. I listen deeply, notice patterns, understand complex landscapes, and co-design structures with people and communities where they can flourish.

The goal is never dependency.

The goal is autonomy.

My work is informed by my lived experiences as a late-identified 2e AuDHD adult. It also draws from social justice, feminist and queer theory, participatory action research, critical pedagogy, and community traditions rooted in mutual care and shared power.

Creativity

Cartoon pumpkin with craters like the moon.

The Pumpkin Chronicles is a creative project where I make art about my journey rethinking life, work, and identity as a late-identified 2e AuDHD adult.

Coaching

I offer 1:1 coaching for late-identified gifted, twice exceptional (2e), neurocomplex, and queer adults.

Groups

I facilitate SENG* Community Groups for gifted adults. Each group has a sliding scale.
